Article 1. Purpose of Agreement
Party A agrees to lease the property legally owned by Party A (hereinafter referred to as the “Leased Premises”) to Party B on a short-term basis, and Party B agrees to rent the property. Both parties enter into this Agreement on the principles of equality, voluntariness, and good faith.
Article 2. Lease Term

Article 5. Delivery of Premises

Article 6. Use of Premises
- Party B shall use the premises solely for personal short-term residential purposes and shall not alter its purpose or structure.
- Party B shall not sublet, assign, or permit others to use the premises.
- Party B shall comply with community regulations, maintaining cleanliness and quiet in both the premises and shared areas.
Article 7. Utilities and Expenses

- Excess usage: If Party B’s use causes utility costs to exceed the standard amount, the excess shall be borne by Party B.

- Repairs due to normal wear and tear or reasons not attributable to Party B shall be borne by Party A.

Article 9. Termination and Early Withdrawal

Article 12. Miscellaneous
- Party A shall maintain valid contact information and ensure that Party B can reach Party A during the lease term.
- This Agreement is made in two originals, one held by each party, both having equal legal effect.
- Any matters not covered herein shall be supplemented by a separate written agreement between the parties.
