Article 6. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

  3. Any disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the Buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Association or bring a lawsuit in the People’s Court.

Article 7. Liability for Breach of Contract

  1. If the Seller fails to deliver the goods as agreed, any payment received shall be refunded, and the Seller shall compensate the Buyer for any losses.
  2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without valid reason, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller for shipping costs and related losses.
