Article 4. Ownership Guarantee

Article 6. Risk Transfer

- Before transfer, if the property is destroyed or damaged due to force majeure, this contract may be terminated, and the Seller shall refund payments made by the Buyer.
Article 7. Contract Termination
- If the Seller fails to deliver the property or assist with title transfer as agreed, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund of payments made plus liquidated damages.
- If the Buyer fails to make payment as agreed, the Seller has the right to terminate the contract and forfeit the deposit / claim damages.
Article 8. Liability for Breach of Contract
- If the Seller breaches the contract, Seller shall refund payments made by the Buyer and pay liquidated damages equal to __% of the total contract price.
