Article 4: Contract Performance & Handover

Article 6: Breach of Contract
- If Party B fails to pay as agreed, Party A has the right to charge a penalty of ______% on the unpaid amount.
- If Party A fails to deliver the property as agreed or delivers an unqualified property, Party A shall refund all received payments and pay a penalty of ______%.
- In case of force majeure preventing contract performance, neither party shall bear liability, but prompt notice and negotiation are required.
