Article 2 – Internship Position and Duties

  3. Duties: Party B shall complete internship tasks under the guidance of the assigned mentor and comply with Party A’s rules and regulations.
  4. During the internship, Party B may participate in trainings, meetings, and projects arranged by Party A but must follow Party A’s instructions.

Article 3 – Contract Term

  2. Probation Period (if applicable): ____ days / months, during which either party may negotiate termination.
  3. Upon expiration, the contract terminates automatically. Any extension requires mutual written agreement.

Article 4 – Working Hours and Rest

Article 6 – Social Insurance and Benefits

  1. Depending on the internship duration and applicable regulations, Party A may provide social insurance (if applicable), to be negotiated by both parties.
  2. Party B may enjoy benefits provided by Party A, such as meal allowance, transportation subsidy, or training opportunities.

Article 7 – Mentor Guidance and Training

  1. Party A shall assign a mentor to guide Party B in work and learning.
  2. Party B shall actively cooperate with the mentor, complete assigned tasks, and participate in training and project practices.

Article 8 – Confidentiality and Non-Compete

  1. Party B shall not disclose Party A’s trade secrets or client information during the internship and for ____ years after the internship ends.
  2. Without written consent from Party A, Party B shall not engage in work or part-time jobs directly competing with Party A’s business.

Article 9 – Termination of Contract

  1. If Party B terminates the contract early, they must provide ____ days’ written notice to Party A. Party A’s termination shall comply with contract terms and applicable laws.
  2. If Party B seriously violates Party A’s rules or discloses trade secrets, Party A may terminate the contract immediately.
  3. Upon contract expiration or completion of assigned tasks, the contract terminates automatically.

Article 10 – Liability for Breach

  1. Party B shall bear corresponding liability if failing to fulfill internship duties or violating confidentiality/non-compete clauses.
  2. Party A shall bear liability if failing to pay stipend or failing to provide labor protection and benefits.
  3. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure, but both parties shall negotiate promptly.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution

  1. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the place of signing.
  2. Any disputes arising during performance shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the local labor arbitration committee or court.

Article 12 – Other Provisions

  1. Matters not covered by this contract shall be agreed upon in a written supplement, which shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
  2. This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one. It shall take effect upon signing and sealing.
  3. Both parties confirm that electronic signatures or paper signatures are valid.
