Article 4: Handover & Inspection of the Property

Article 5: Property Ownership & Transfer

Article 6: Breach of Contract
- If Party B fails to pay as agreed, Party A has the right to demand a penalty of ______% and may terminate the contract.
- If Party A fails to deliver the property as agreed or the property has ownership defects, Party A shall refund all received payments and bear a breach penalty of ______%.
- In case of force majeure that prevents contract performance, neither party shall bear liability, but prompt notice and negotiation are required.
Article 7: Property Condition & Defects
- Party B acknowledges and agrees to purchase the property as-is.
- If undisclosed major defects are found after handover, Party A shall be responsible for repair or compensation.
- Party B shall not claim compensation for normal wear and tear or aging of renovations.
Article 8: Dispute Resolution
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the place of signing.
- Any disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the arbitration institution or people’s court at the place of signing.
Article 9: Other Provisions
- Matters not covered in this contract shall be resolved through a written supplementary agreement, which shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
- This agreement is made in two copies, one for each party. It shall take effect from the date of signing.
- Both electronic signatures and paper signatures are valid.
