Article 1. Purpose of Agreement

Party A agrees to lease to Party B the property legally owned by Party A (hereinafter referred to as the “Leased Premises”), and Party B agrees to rent the property. This Agreement is entered into by both parties on the principles of equality, voluntariness, and good faith.


Article 2. Lease Term

  2. Party B shall properly use the premises, furniture, and appliances, and shall not remove or dispose of Party A’s property without permission.
  3. Party B shall not sublet, assign, or lend the premises without Party A’s prior written consent.
  4. Where common areas (such as kitchen or laundry room) are shared with others, Party B shall maintain cleanliness.

Article 7. Utilities and Expenses

  1. Whether rent includes utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.) shall be agreed upon: ________ (Included / Not included).

  3. Repair costs shall be allocated as follows:

Article 9. Termination and Early Withdrawal

  2. If Party A fails to deliver the premises or furniture in accordance with this Agreement, Party B has the right to terminate the Agreement and request a refund of the deposit and paid rent.

Article 10. Breach of Contract

  2. In case of disputes, the parties shall first attempt to resolve through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the local court or arbitration institution.
