Article 1. Subject Matter

Article 4. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Article 5. Warranty and After-Sales Service

  1. The Seller guarantees that the chattel sold is of legal origin, free of infringement of others’ rights, and without ownership defects.

  3. For second-hand chattel, the Seller only guarantees conformity with the described condition at delivery and does not assume additional warranty obligations (unless otherwise agreed).

Article 6. Contract Termination

  1. If the Seller fails to deliver as agreed, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and demand a refund of payments made.
  2. If the Buyer fails to pay as agreed, the Seller has the right to terminate the contract and claim compensation for losses.

Article 7. Liability for Breach of Contract

  1. If the chattel delivered by the Seller seriously deviates from the agreed specifications, the Seller shall refund the price paid and pay liquidated damages equal to __% of the total contract price.
  2. If the Buyer delays payment, for each overdue __ days, the Buyer shall pay liquidated damages equal to __% of the unpaid amount.

Article 8. Dispute Resolution
