Article 1. Subject Matter of the Contract

Article 6. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

- Any disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the Buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Association or bring a lawsuit in the People’s Court.
Article 7. Liability for Breach of Contract
- If the Seller fails to deliver the goods as agreed, any payment received shall be refunded, and the Seller shall compensate the Buyer for any losses.
- If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without valid reason, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller for shipping costs and related losses.
