8. Sublease and Alterations
- Party B shall not sublease, lend, swap, or divide the property without Party A’s written consent.
- Any changes to the property’s use or structure require Party A’s approval and relevant procedures.
9. Termination and Early Termination
- During the lease term, either party needing early termination for special reasons shall notify the other party ____ months in advance in writing.
- If Party B terminates early, they shall pay a penalty equal to ____ months’ rent.

10. Breach of Contract
