Article 2 – Job Position and Duties

- Party B shall enjoy other company benefits such as employee training, annual health check, and subsidies.
Article 7 – Labor Protection and Safety
- Party A shall provide a safe and healthy working environment and necessary protective equipment.
- Party B shall follow safety procedures and properly use company-provided equipment and facilities.
- In the event of work-related injury or occupational disease, Party A shall handle according to national regulations and provide compensation.
Article 8 – Confidentiality and Non-Compete
- Party B shall not disclose Party A’s trade secrets or client information during the contract term and for ____ years after termination.
- Party B shall not engage in work or investment that directly competes with Party A’s business without Party A’s written consent.
Article 9 – Termination of Contract

- Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure; both parties shall negotiate promptly.
Article 11 – Dispute Resolution
- This contract is governed by the labor laws of the place of signing.
- Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to the local labor arbitration committee or court.
Article 12 – Other Provisions
- Matters not covered by this contract shall be agreed upon in a written supplement, which has the same legal effect as this contract.
- This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one. It shall take effect upon signing and sealing.
- Both parties confirm that electronic signatures or paper signatures are valid.
